SheBeez began performing at the age of three taking dance classes owned by Radio City Music Hall Rockette Jeanie Z. Her passion for music grew tremendously when she eagerly joined the gospel choir at 8 years old, joyfully freestyle rapping with her cousin in the Bronx, and later mentored in Rhythm Tap by world-renowned tap master and author Barbara Duffy. SheBeez immersed in a world of musicality- Jazz, Rhythm & Blues, Percussion, Gospel, Hip Hop and Soul.
Graduating with an interdisciplinary Bachelor's degree in studio art and theater dance from Queens College and attending School of Visual Arts in NYC studying, film, video and animation; SheBeez has directed, choreographed and performed in work at Lincoln Center, JPAC, Tony Bennett Concert Hall, the Triad Theatre, SOB's, The Producers Club in Times Square, the Temple of Hip Hop, and the 24hrs of Peace Summer Concert series in Newark N.J. amongst other prestigious venues. SheBeez is a certified Kultural Specialist at the Temple of Hip Hop, taught by KRS- One.
SheBeez‘ musical influences range from such icons as Aretha Franklin to Lauryn Hill, Queen Latifah, Erykah Badu, Redman, Arrested Development, Demi Lovato, Busta Rhymes, Raven-Symoné, J Cole, Logic, Nujabes, The Temptations, Saxophonist Grover Washington and many many many more.
SheBeez works as a Creative Director, in Artist Development as a Performance Coach, Vocal Coach and Choreographer.
SheBeez travels through Inner Space on a journey to find her salvation.
